How important is the price? Whilst the price is a consideration, it is more important to choose someone you feel comfortable with, someone who will work with you to make your ceremony something you and your guests will remember for all the right reasons.
My all inclusive fee is $400. If extraordinary travel or other matters are involved, I will advise you if there are any additional costs at our first meeting. $150 deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remainder is payable at or before the rehearsal. I accept cash, cheques or direct deposits into my bank account.
The fee includes:-
» Initial meeting where we will talk about the unique ceremony to be created just for you. Family and cultural values will be considered, how you met, any special people to be mentioned, what to include in the ceremony, who else will be involved in the ceremony, and so on.
» If you decide you would like me to conduct your ceremony, a deposit of $150 is paid and you are given your resource folder to assist in the planning of the ceremony. The resource folder includes suggestions for readings, vows, ring exchange, ceremony ideas and so on.
» Once you get back to me with your selections, I create your unique ceremony and post or email it for approval.
» You can contact me by phone or email as many times as you wish, to discuss any changes or additions to the ceremony before it is finalized, and we will meet again if required.
» A rehearsal is planned for a week or so before the ceremony. I like to have everyone who will be involved in the ceremony at the rehearsal to ensure that the physical logistics are sorted out before the day, and everything runs smoothly.
» I provide 6 copies of the ceremony proceedings for your special friends or relatives (extra copies at additional cost).
» Decorative Commitment Certificate.
